Twice a year there are big trainings put on by Arbonne head office that have a small charge. These are not mandatory but are certainly worth every single penny to be trained from the top leaders around the world.

It's hard to say an exact number of people because this business isn't about just signing people up it's about helping people build successful business's of their own. 

For example you could enrol 1 person who works really hard and is really successful straight away, or you could enrol 4 who don't really commit at all and do nothing.

However, you can actually very simply promote to the first level yourself just by personally selling products.
